Twin Peaks Restaurant, a subsidiary of Twin Hospitality Group Inc. (Nasdaq: TWNP), has announced the opening of a new lodge in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The 8,200-square-foot sports lodge will be the brand's second location in the state and the 115th overall [1]. The new lodge is expected to open in Q4 2025 and will feature 70 massive TVs, 32 beers on tap, an indoor bar, and wall-to-wall sports coverage, making it a go-to destination for local fans [2].
The expansion is part of Twin Peaks' strategic growth strategy, which includes converting former Smokey Bones locations to Twin Peaks lodges. This approach allows the brand to enter new markets with lower build-out costs and a faster timeline while delivering the signature Twin Peaks experience [1]. The new lodge will be operated by franchise group Music City, LLC, following the successful launch of its Fort Mill, South Carolina location [2].
The new lodge will create over 100 new jobs in Fayetteville, with hiring for various front- and back-of-house roles, including Twin Peaks Girls, bartenders, hosts, barbacks, line cooks, and dishwashers. The hiring process is ongoing, and interested applicants can apply in person, online, or by texting "WORK4TP" to 85000 [1].
Twin Peaks Restaurant is known for its made-from-scratch food, 29-degree draft beers, and high-energy atmosphere. The Fayetteville lodge will serve guests from 11 a.m. to midnight on Sundays through Thursdays, and from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. The menu will include signature items such as Billionaire's Bacon, the Smokestack Burger, hand-cut steaks, flatbread pizzas, and smoked and grilled wings, as well as handcrafted cocktails [1].
The expansion into Fayetteville is part of Twin Peaks' broader strategy to accelerate market expansion by combining operational efficiency with its proven hospitality-driven model [1]. The company's growth strategy has been successful, with previous conversions generating significantly higher average unit volumes [1].
