The company is focusing on advanced-node silicon development for AI applications and repurposing its Hsinchu Fab 5 for advanced packaging. Navitas Semiconductor Corp has been informed of TSMC's decision and plans to transition its 650V devices to Powerchip Semiconductor Manufacturing Corp over the next 12-24 months.
