However, experts have raised doubts about this assertion, suggesting that the device is likely produced by a Chinese company. The international data company's vice president and other experts have pointed out that the United States lacks the necessary infrastructure to manufacture smartphones domestically.

Despite the company's claim that the phone would be "made in USA," experts believe that the final product is more likely to be designed and manufactured by a Chinese original design manufacturer (ODM). Experts have noted that it is highly improbable for the T1 smartphone to be designed from scratch or assembled entirely in the United States. If the device includes a Qualcomm chip, it would also need to be produced in China Taiwan.

The phone's storage may utilize Micron Technology, which has production facilities in the United States, but Samsung also produces similar products.

This has led to speculation that the T1 smartphone could be a rebranded version of the REVVL 7 Pro 5G.
