Tronox Holdings Plc dropped 11.48% in premarket trading, with the company reporting a net loss of USD 84 million for the second quarter of 2025, compared to a net income of USD 16 million a year ago. The company's sales also decreased to USD 731 million from USD 820 million a year ago. The results fell short of Wall Street expectations, with analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research expecting a loss of 4 cents per share and revenue of USD 777.5 million.
