This launch marks the beginning of a strategic expansion into the state, with a total of five new communities set to open across Salt Lake, Utah, and Wasatch counties.

The expansion comes at a time when Utah is experiencing robust economic growth, having maintained the nation's best economic outlook for the past 18 years and being recognized as the best state overall this year.
