San Francisco & Fort Worth, Texas — July 2, 2025 — TPG, a leading global alternative asset management firm, has finalized its $1.1 billion acquisition of Hospitality Solutions from Sabre. The acquisition marks a significant milestone for Hospitality Solutions, positioning it as an independent entity with enhanced operational focus, agility, and resources. The company offers integrated software and solutions to over 40% of hotel brands worldwide, enabling them to optimize distribution, operations, retailing, and guest experiences.

Teresa Mackintosh has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of Hospitality Solutions. Mackintosh brings a proven track record of leadership and growth in global enterprise software, having scaled multiple SaaS companies through innovation, operational excellence, and customer focus. Prior to her role at Hospitality Solutions, she served as CEO and then Executive Chair of Trintech, a global enterprise SaaS company, where she led transformative growth and expanded both the customer and employee base.

The acquisition has also brought in a strategic minority investment from MCR, the third-largest owner-operator of hotels in the United States. MCR's CEO, Tyler Morse, will join Hospitality Solutions' Board of Directors as Vice Chairman, bringing additional specialized hospitality expertise.
