Top Corporate Bond Funds for Diversified Exposure

Morningstar analysts recommend four top-performing corporate bond funds, with Vanguard offerings taking two spots. The funds offer diversified exposure to corporate bonds and have outperformed the Morningstar US Core Bond Index. The average fund in the category returned 7.56% over the past 12 months, while the iShares 5-10 Year Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF rose 9.40%. The Vanguard Intermediate-Term Corporate Bond Index Fund and Vanguard Intermediate-Term Investment Grade Fund also made the list.
