Euroseas Ltd. was formed on May 5, 2005 under the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands to consolidate the beneficial owners of the ship owning companies in existence at that time. Their fleet consists of containerships that transport container boxes providing scheduled service between ports. During 2018, 2019, and 2020 they had a fleet utilization of 92.7%, 99.1%, and 95.5% respectively, their vessels achieved daily time charter equivalent rates of $9,179, $8,782, and $9,445 respectively, and they generated voyage charter revenue and time charter revenue totalling $36.27 million, $41.77 million, and $55.68 million respectively. Their business strategy is focused on providing consistent shareholder returns by carefully selecting the timing and the structure of their investments in containership vessels and by reliably, safely and competitively operating the vessels they own, through their affiliate, Eurobulk. Representing a continuous ship-owning and management history that dates back to the 19th century.
