Tokyo Lifestyle Co. Ltd. (Nasdaq: TKLF), a retailer and wholesaler of Japanese beauty and health products, has entered into a strategic partnership with HK Artemis Limited to enhance its online sales in Hong Kong. The agreement includes the transfer of ownership of Tokyo Lifestyle's shopping mall app to HK Artemis and a three-year license to use the "TokyoLifestyle" trademark, as detailed in a .

Under the terms of the agreement, Tokyo Lifestyle will transfer ownership of the app to HK Artemis by January 1, 2026, with payments made in installments over three years. Additionally, Tokyo Lifestyle has granted HK Artemis a non-exclusive, three-year license to use the "TokyoLifestyle" trademark and related brand identifiers, subject to minimum sales targets and investment commitments, according to the press release.
