Titan and GoDaddy have partnered to offer a next-gen professional email service in developing markets. Titan's AI-enabled email platform will enhance GoDaddy's Professional Email offering, empowering millions of entrepreneurs and small businesses with tools to grow their brand and customer engagement. The service will be rolled out to GoDaddy customers in developing markets globally in Q3 2025.
Titan, a leading provider of business email services, has entered into a strategic partnership with GoDaddy, a global leader in web hosting and domain services. This collaboration aims to offer a next-generation professional email service to millions of entrepreneurs and small businesses in developing markets.
The partnership will see Titan's AI-enabled email platform integrated into GoDaddy's Professional Email offering. This integration will provide users with advanced email tools designed to enhance brand growth and customer engagement. Key features of Titan's platform include AI-powered email composition and response capabilities, professional email design tools with branded templates, automated appointment scheduling, campaign management, and robust security features.
According to Bhavin Turakhia, Founder and CEO of Titan, the partnership marks a pivotal moment in making cutting-edge professional email accessible to businesses of all sizes. Turakhia commented, "By combining Titan's innovative email offering with GoDaddy's global reach and trusted hosting and domain services, we're helping entrepreneurs worldwide gain a competitive edge with tools designed to amplify customer engagement and drive growth."
Oliver Hoare, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at GoDaddy, echoed this sentiment, stating, "Many small businesses today need more than just a basic email account. They need intelligent tools that make it easy to connect with customers and stimulate growth. This partnership with Titan enables GoDaddy to offer small businesses in developing markets advanced email that helps drive their success."
The service will be rolled out to GoDaddy customers across developing markets globally, with initial deployment scheduled for Q3 2025. This partnership is expected to significantly boost Titan's user base, with Turakhia projecting an addition of about two million mailboxes in the coming quarters, followed by an additional million mailboxes annually through this partnership alone.
Titan operates on a unique distribution model, offering its email service exclusively through reseller partnerships rather than direct sales to small businesses. The company has established integrations with various domain registrars, hosting providers, and web service firms, including Newfold Digital, WordPress.com, GMO, and CentralNic.
In 2021, Titan secured a $30 million investment from Automattic, the parent company of WordPress, valuing the company at $300 million. This investment resulted in Automattic acquiring a 10% stake in Titan, with the remaining 90% held by Turakhia, other leadership team members, and employees.
The partnership between GoDaddy and Titan represents a significant development in the professional email services market. By combining GoDaddy's extensive reach with Titan's innovative AI-powered platform, the collaboration aims to provide small businesses with advanced email tools that were previously accessible only to larger corporations.
