Tilray's Breckenridge Distillery launches Mountain Shot, a beverage infused with mushrooms, as part of its mission to challenge conventions while honoring craftsmanship in whiskey production. The product is designed to celebrate diversity of flavors and meet consumers' preferences for unique drinking experiences.

Breckenridge Distillery, a subsidiary of Tilray Brands, Inc. (NASDAQ: TLRY), has introduced Mountain Shot, a unique beverage infused with mushrooms. This innovative product aims to challenge conventional whiskey production methods while celebrating the craftsmanship of the distilling process. Mountain Shot is designed to meet the growing consumer demand for diverse and unique drinking experiences.

The new beverage is a blend of whiskey and Japanese maitake mushrooms, also known as Hen of the Woods, which adds a distinct mouthfeel and natural complexity to the drink. Available in both whiskey-based (69 proof) and malt-based (30 proof) varieties, Mountain Shot comes in various formats including 750ml bottles, 1-liter bottles, and 100ml resealable pouches. The malt-based version will be distributed through convenience stores, making it accessible to a wider audience.

The product's unique flavor profile is achieved by combining rich chocolate notes with a refreshing hint of mint, enhancing the traditional whiskey shot experience. This blend of flavors is intended to appeal to both mountain town locals and avid adventurers who appreciate the spirit of the Rocky Mountains.
