Thomson Reuters repaid $1.0 billion in debt using cash reserves in May and plans a $0.595 per share dividend on September 10. The company maintains a $10 billion acquisition budget and projects 7% organic growth in Q3. However, Reuters News and Global Print segments underperformed, with the latter declining 7% due to customer migration to digital platforms.
