Levin was head of direct lending and CEO of Morgan Stanley Direct Lending Fund, while Soni was head of direct lending for the Western region and head of direct lending technology. The hires are expected to bolster Thoma Bravo's credit platform, which focuses on providing senior secured debt to enterprise software companies.
