A new survey from Robert Half finds that 66% of US workers would be willing to give up remote work for a pay raise, with a majority considering full-time onsite work if offered at least a 10% salary increase. Employers looking to lure workers back into the office should consider offering higher pay, better perks, or a desirable office environment.
