Thermo Fisher Scientific (TMO) has completed the acquisition of Clario Holdings for $8.875 billion. The Clario business will be part of TMO's Laboratory Products and Biopharma Services segment, with expected growth in high single digits and a contribution of $0.45 of adjusted EPS in the first year. The acquisition is expected to be accretive to TMO's adjusted operating margin and generate ~$175 million of adjusted operating income from synergies by year 5.
