Texas Pacific Land Corp. (TPL) has partnered with Bolt Data & Energy to develop data center campuses across its land. The joint venture has secured $150 million in capital and will supply water for the projects. The Chairman of Bolt, Eric Schmidt, former CEO and Chairman of Google, plans to develop a 10 GW data center campus with potential anchor tenants including Google, Microsoft, and Amazon. The valuation of this project could be around $6 billion, similar to Fermi, Inc.'s value.
