TSLA --

Tesla (TSLA.US) currently offers customers the option to lease its electric pickup Cybertruck, starting at $999 per month.

Tesla's website shows that U.S. consumers can lease the all-wheel drive Cybertruck for three years with a $7,500 down payment and choose to pay monthly, according to the website.

Consumers can also choose to lease for two years with no down payment, with monthly payments around $1,600.

Tesla launched its Cybertruck leasing service after clearing most of its backlog of orders. The company claims Cybertruck is its third best-selling vehicle, but did not reveal how many were delivered each quarter.

The vehicle was first introduced in 2019 and has been plagued by production delays, but those issues were resolved last year. In October, Tesla recalled Cybertruck due to a rear-view camera issue.
