Tesla will release second-quarter financial results after the market closes on Tuesday, revealing the magnificent 7 earnings season. Here are some key factors to watch:

Vehicles Delivery Forecast: Tesla is facing intense competition from other EV makers, such as China's BYD. Is Tesla still confident about growing its deliveries in 2024? Another area of focus could be the Cybertruck. Musk could update data on units sold and reserved.

FSD and Robotaxi: In China, the world's biggest automotive market, Tesla's FSD has been approved. However, Chinese tech giant Baidu owns Apollo Robotaxi, one of Tesla's strongest competitors in the Robotaxi space. What is the progress of Tesla's FSD?

Energy: Investors could begin to pay more attention to Tesla Energy, according to Morgan Stanley analyst Adam Jonas in a recent note. The AI boom is helping to lead to an increase in energy demand, electricity generation, and data center investment.

AI, Optimus, and Dojo supercomputer: Elon Musk said on Monday that Tesla will have Optimus robots in low production for the company's internal use by 2025, and hopefully in high production for other companies by 2026. Another AI giant, Nvidia, disclosed a large share stake in Serve Robotics. Could robots be the next generation?
