The hearing for Terra founder Do Kwon, originally scheduled for March 10th, has been postponed to April 10th by the New York District Court. The delay comes as the U.S. government has submitted a significant amount of new evidence that needs to be reviewed. The court granted the U.S. government's written request to allow the defense time to review the substantial evidence. Despite the postponement, the final trial is still set to take place on January 26, 2026.
