TeraWulf surged 14.47% intraday, announcing the acquisition of two brownfield infrastructure sites in Kentucky and Maryland’s Charles County, adding approximately 1.5 GW capacity and doubling its total digital and power infrastructure capacity to 2.8 GW. The sites offer immediate power access and long-term scalability for high-performance computing and AI data centers, with the Hawesville location providing 250 acres of developable land and 480 MW of existing power availability.
