Tenaris has installed a new $8 million USD water filtration system at its seamless pipe facility in Bay City, Texas, aiming to increase the facility's 95% water recycling rate. The system processes 8,000 to 9,000 gallons of water per minute and is designed to improve water quality, reduce use, and extend equipment life. The facility has received LEED certification, the first pipe manufacturing facility in the US to do so.
