Temu has been named to USA TODAY's 2026 America's Best Customer Service List for the second consecutive year, ranking in the Mass Merchant and Variety category for online general merchandise shops. The recognition is based on an independent consumer survey of over 32,000 US customers, evaluating companies across seven core service categories. Temu, which launched in the US in September 2022, offers a purchase protection program, up to 90-day return policy, and 24/7 customer service.
