TELUS Reports Q4 Earnings, Announces CEO Transition and 2026 Guidance

TELUS has announced that CEO Darren Entwistle will retire on June 30, 2026, with Victor Dodig, former CIBC CEO, taking over on July 1, 2026. The company reported strong customer growth, with 1.1 million combined mobile and fixed net additions in 2025, and industry-leading postpaid mobile phone churn of 0.97%. TELUS also generated record free cash flow of CAD 2.2 billion in 2025 and guided 2026 to consolidated service revenue and adjusted EBITDA growth of 2-4%.
