Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy cautioned real estate developers against falling for politically motivated rumors, assuring them that his government is committed to clear and transparent policies to drive growth. He emphasized that his government will not misuse public office for personal gain and will support any development that benefits people. Revanth Reddy highlighted initiatives such as infrastructure needs, dry port proposals, and airport expansion plans to drive growth.

Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy recently addressed real estate developers and construction companies at the CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show, cautioning them against falling for politically motivated rumors. The CM assured investors and developers that his government is committed to clear and transparent policies to drive the state's growth, emphasizing that such rumors could lead to losses for the developers.

Mr. Reddy assured the audience that his government's primary focus is on investment and that they would work to overcome any doubts or rumors spread by political opponents. He highlighted that both policy and the construction sector serve as "growth engines" for Telangana's development. The Chief Minister also asserted that the state would avoid policy paralysis, even with changes in leadership, ensuring that the state remains competitive globally.

In response to concerns about the economy, K. T. Rama Rao, the Working President of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), alleged that Telangana's economy is on the verge of collapse due to the "inept governance" of the Congress. He cited negative inflation rates for two consecutive months as evidence of the state's economic distress, stating that deflation is particularly severe in rural areas. Rama Rao attributed this situation to the "chaotic" economic policies of the Revanth Reddy government.

In contrast, Mr. Reddy described himself as a Chief Minister with "middle-class thinking" and assured that he would never misuse public office for personal gain. He emphasized his focus on the welfare of society and promised to support any development that benefits people in a transparent manner.

The Chief Minister also highlighted several infrastructure initiatives aimed at driving growth. These include proposals for a dry port on the Hyderabad-Amaravati Greenfield Highway, 11 new radial roads connecting the Outer Ring Road to the Regional Ring Road, and more airports for Telangana. Additionally, he mentioned plans to develop the state in three zones—core urban, semi-urban, and rural—aiming for balanced development.

The CM also recalled the contributions of former Chief Ministers Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy and N. Chandrababu Naidu, crediting them with creating the Outer Ring Road and HITEC City, respectively.
