K-Tech Solutions and Boardware Intelligence Partner for Exclusive Hardware Development and Engineering Services for AI and BCI Products

K-Tech Solutions Company Limited (NASDAQ: KMRK) and Boardware Intelligence Technology Limited (HKEX: 1204.HK) have signed an MOU for K-Tech to develop and engineer exclusive hardware for Boardware's AI and BCI products. K-Tech will expand its capabilities in AI-based wearable and neural interface hardware. The partnership will support the commercialization of Boardware's 'Barco' ecosystem, which combines neural signal processing and high-performance hardware architecture to enhance human-computer interaction (HCI). K-Tech will lead the industrial design, hardware architecture, and engineering of three core products in the Barco platform: Barco AR Glasses, BarcoMind, and BarcoEar. The products will run on Barco OS, a proprietary operating system designed for low-latency neural data processing. K-Tech will build optimized hardware architectures for Barco OS to implement an intuitive and low-latency user experience. The partnership is expected to accelerate the development cycle of the Barco product line, with a phased market entry starting in Q4 2026. From an investor's perspective, this cooperation indicates K-Tech's strategic expansion into technical hardware manufacturing and its potential to participate in the development of next-generation AI-based devices.
