TDG Gold Corp. (TSXV:TDG) has identified a significant copper-molybdenum porphyry target at its Bot project in the Toodoggone District, British Columbia. The Erebus target, covering at least 15 square kilometers, displays geological features that suggest the potential for an intrusive-related Cu-Mo porphyry system. This discovery has the potential to extend the known porphyry belt in the Toodoggone District by up to another ~50 kilometers.

The Erebus target area encompasses four Minfile occurrences that have received limited historical geological work. Mapped geology has identified both Takla Group rocks and intrusive rocks of the Black Lake Plutonic suite, which is the same setting as other porphyry deposits such as Kemess Mine (Centerra Gold) and Joy Project-Pine Deposit (Freeport-Amarc joint venture) in the area. Multiple overlapping coincident anomalies suggest the setting of a porphyry system, including elevated base and precious metals in geological samples, a deep resistive target defined from a 2017 ZTEM anomaly, and a broad zone of alunite-silica, typical in the tops of porphyry systems.

Selected assays from rock samples collected from TDG's 2024 program at Erebus (Table 1) show elevated concentrations of copper, molybdenum, gold, silver, lead, zinc, and other pathfinder elements, further supporting the presence of a porphyry system. The Erebus target is the third multi-square kilometer porphyry target area identified within TDG's Toodoggone mineral tenures, following the Trident and North Quartz targets located within the Baker Complex. This suggests that there may be potential for multiple porphyry targets within TDG's mineral tenures, further enhancing the company's overall mineral resource potential.

TDG's ongoing porphyry target generative program continues to analyze historical data, alongside information from more modern studies, in order to identify further targets. This includes re-evaluating existing projects for porphyry potential, such as the Oxide Creek area. The discovery of the Erebus target highlights TDG's commitment to systematic, low cost, high impact exploration, which has the potential to significantly impact the company's overall mineral resource potential.

In conclusion, the discovery of the Erebus target at TDG Gold's Bot project in the Toodoggone District has the potential to significantly impact the company's overall mineral resource potential. The target's geological features, size, and extent suggest the presence of a copper-molybdenum porphyry system, which could extend the known porphyry belt in the region by up to another ~50 kilometers. TDG's ongoing exploration efforts and commitment to systematic, low cost, high impact exploration position the company well to continue identifying and developing valuable mineral resources in the Toodoggone District.
