TCS Faces $194 Million Damages Upheld by US Appeals Court in Trade Secrets Dispute

The US Court of Appeals has upheld a $194 million damages ruling against Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in a trade secrets dispute with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), now merged with DXC Technology Company (DXC). The court has vacated the previously granted injunction and directed the district court to reassess the injunction order. TCS is evaluating options, including review and appeal, and intends to vigorously defend its position.
