He has a proven track record of success in public company operations and a deep knowledge of high-performance teams. Ross will bring valuable insights and expertise to Symbotic, particularly in fostering a strong company culture and driving innovation.

Symbotic Inc. (Nasdaq: SYM), a leading provider of A.I.-enabled robotics technology for the supply chain, has announced the election of Andrew ("Andy") Ross to its Board of Directors, effective August 26, 2025. Ross, currently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer of Parker-Hannifin Corporation (NYSE: PH), brings over 25 years of experience in motion and control technologies to the role.

Ross's extensive background includes leadership positions at Parker's Fluid Connectors Group and Engineered Materials Group. Prior to his tenure at Parker, he held sales and product marketing roles at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions and began his career at Norfolk Southern Corporation. His deep operational expertise and proven ability to foster high-performance teams make him an asset to Symbotic's long-term growth objectives.
