Swiss Properties Invest A/S has announced the appointment of Gert Mortensen as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective January 1, 2026. Mortensen succeeds Kirsten Sillehoved, who will remain on the board. With over 30 years of experience in mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising, Mortensen joins from Baker Tilly Denmark, where he was Partner and Head of Corporate Finance. He holds an M.Sc. in Economics from Copenhagen Business School and an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan.
