Swarovski Appoints Kolja Kiofsky as Chief Commercial Officer

Swarovski has promoted Kolja Kiofsky, current general manager of North America, to chief commercial officer, effective January 2026. Kiofsky will succeed Michele Molon, who is leaving the company by July 2025. The chief commercial officer oversees the Swarovski commercial business across all regions, including global sales, commercial architecture, and real estate functions. Kiofsky will report to CEO Alexis Nasard and relocate from New York to the company's corporate office in Mannedorf, Switzerland.
