New Survey Reveals Top Work Perks Employees Value but Employers Lack

Research by Robert Half found that non-traditional work perks are valued by employees, but many employers lack offerings. Childcare allowances (91%), on-site childcare (87%), and tuition assistance (55%) were the least offered perks. Despite this, employers that provide family-friendly benefits can attract and retain talent and differentiate themselves as an inclusive employer.
