The Supreme Court has declined to quash the FIR against HDFC Bank's MD Sashidhar Jagdishan, citing that the Bombay High Court is set to hear the matter on July 14. Jagdishan had moved the Supreme Court after three Bombay High Court judges recused themselves from hearing the case. The FIR was lodged by the Lilavati Kirtilal Mehta Medical Trust, which runs Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital, alleging financial misconduct and undue influence over the hospital's governance.
