SupplyOne acquired specialty packaging, no terms

SupplyOne, Inc., a North American distributor of custom corrugated and value-added packaging solutions, announced the acquisition of Lamb & Associates Packaging, a Arkansas-based packaging manufacturer, on November 6, 2025. Founded in 1981 by Jerry Lamb, the acquired company operates facilities in Maumelle and Springdale, Arkansas, and specializes in corrugated, die-cut, and litho-laminated boxes, point-of-purchase displays, and turnkey distribution services. The transaction terms were not disclosed.

Lamb & Associates Packaging also provides advanced digital printing capabilities via an EFI Nozomi digital printer, which SupplyOne stated will enhance its existing SupplyOne Digital division's capacity to produce large-volume digitally printed corrugated packaging. The acquisition aligns with SupplyOne's strategy to expand its manufacturing and service network, marking its 45th portfolio addition since initiating its growth-through-acquisition model.

Todd Renehan, SupplyOne's CEO, emphasized that the deal strengthens the company's ability to deliver "customized, high-impact packaging solutions across North America" by integrating Lamb's manufacturing expertise and digital printing infrastructure. Kyle Lamb, president of the acquired firm, noted the partnership would provide access to SupplyOne's national scale while preserving the customer-focused culture established over four decades.

This acquisition follows SupplyOne's broader expansion efforts, including recent purchases in the Midwest and Southeast, and reinforces its position as a consolidator in the packaging industry. With operations in over 60 locations across the U.S. and Canada, SupplyOne continues to prioritize geographic diversification and service integration.
