Super Micro Computer (SMCI.US) unveils AI server with Nvidia's latest chip

Zhitong Finance learned that Super Micro Computer (SMCI.US) announced the launch of a new artificial intelligence server powered by NVIDIA's (NVDA.US) latest Blackwell series processors. The company said in a statement released on Tuesday that the liquid-cooled server would be powered by NVIDIA GB200NVL72 and NVIDIA HGX B200 systems. The company added that it has already started to provide samples of the new servers to customers and will begin full production by the end of the fourth quarter.

Super Micro Computer's CEO Charles Liang said in a statement: "Super Micro's end-to-end liquid cooling solutions, together with the NVIDIA Blackwell platform, unleash the computational power, cost-effectiveness, and energy efficiency of next-generation GPUs, such as NVIDIA GB200NVL72, which is a petascale supercomputer in a single rack. Super Micro's rich experience in deploying liquid-cooled AI infrastructure, along with comprehensive on-site services, management software, and global manufacturing capabilities, provide customers with a unique advantage in transforming their data centers with the most powerful and sustainable AI solutions."
