SunCoke, Cleveland-Cliffs Extend Cokemaking Agreement

SunCoke Energy, Inc. has agreed to a 3-year extension of its cokemaking agreement with Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. SunCoke will provide 500 thousand tons of metallurgical coke annually from its Haverhill cokemaking facility in Ohio. The contract begins on January 1, 2026, with similar key provisions to the existing agreements. The extension reaffirms the long-term partnership between SunCoke and Cleveland-Cliffs.
