Stoneridge's Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Matt Horvath, is resigning effective March 31, 2026, to pursue an opportunity in a different industry sector. The company's executive team and Board of Directors are conducting a search for a replacement, and Chief Accounting Officer Robert Hartman will assist in the transition.
