Veris Residential, L.P., incorporated in Maryland on May 24, 1994, is a fully integrated, self-managed real estate investment trust (Caretrust Reit). The Company owns, operates and develops multi-family rental properties primarily in the Northeast, as well as a portfolio of non-strategic land and commercial assets. Veris Residential, Inc., as the general partner, controls Veris Residential, L.P., and holds significant common unit interests in the operating partnership. As of December 31, 2025, the Company owns or owns interests in 17 multi-family rental properties and certain non-core assets.
