The company operates through three business units: Intensive Rehabilitation Hospital Department, Rehabilitation Hospital Department and Outpatient Rehabilitation Department. The Company's Intensive Rehabilitation Hospital Division consists of hospitals designed to meet the rehabilitation needs of critically ill patients (often with complex medical needs); the Rehabilitation Hospital Division consists of hospitals designed to serve patients requiring intensive physical rehabilitation care. Patients are usually transferred from comprehensive acute hospitals to the company's intensive care rehabilitation hospitals and rehabilitation hospitals. The company's outpatient rehabilitation department consists of clinics that provide physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech rehabilitation services.
