RPC, Inc., a Delaware corporation originally founded in 1984, is the holding company for several oilfield service companies and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. RPC provides a wide range of specialized oilfield services and equipment, primarily for independent and major oil and gas field companies engaged in oil and gas exploration, production and development across the United States (including the Southwest, Mid-Continent, Gulf of America, Rockies and Appalachians) and selected international markets.
