Northwest Natural Gas Company is a Portland, Oregon-based holding company that owns NW Natural, SiEnergy Operating, LLC, NW Natural Water company, LLC and NW Natural Renewables Holdings, LLC. NW Natural distributes natural gas to residential, commercial and industrial customers in Oregon and southwestern Washington. NW Natural and its predecessor have been providing natural gas service to the public since 1859, founded in Oregon in 1910, and began operating under the name NW Natural in 1997.
