Brinker International, Inc., was incorporated under the laws of Delaware in September 1983 to succeed Chili's, Inc., a Texas corporation established in August 1977. The Company owns, develops, operates and franchises the Chili's Grill & Bar and Maggiano's Little Italy restaurant brands, as well as the virtual brand It's Just Wings.
