Duff & Phelps Utility & Infrastructure Fund Inc., was incorporated under the laws of the State of Maryland on March 15, 2011. The Fund is a non-diversified closed-end management investment company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended. The investment objective of the fund is to seek total return, mainly from (i) high level of current income, with emphasis on providing tax-friendly dividend income, and (ii) growth of current income, followed by capital appreciation.
