Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P., established on November 21, 2006, is a limited partnership incorporated in Delaware. The Partnership provides clean, safe and affordable liquefied natural gas (LNG) to integrated energy companies, utilities and energy trading companies worldwide. It owns and operates the Sabine Pass LNG Terminal in Cameron Parish, Louisiana, a globally important LNG production and export facility. The terminal's infrastructure includes multiple liquefaction production lines in operation, regasification facilities with large-scale storage and gasification capabilities, and terminal berths capable of docking large LNG carriers. In addition, the partnership owns an interconnected natural gas supply pipeline system. LNG produced by the facility is transported around the world as a cleaner energy source that supports the transition from traditional fossil fuels.
