First Majestic Silver Corp. was established on September 26, 1979 under the British Columbia Corporation Act as Brandy Resources Corporation. The company is committed to the production, development, development and acquisition of silver mineral resources in Mexico. The Company owns and operates five production mines in Mexico: La Encantada Silver Mine in Coahuila, La Parrilla Silver Mine in Durango State, San Martin Silver Mine in Jalisco State, La Guitarra Silver Mine in Mexico State and Del Toro Silver Mine in Zacatecas State. The company also has two advanced silver development projects: the La Luz silver project in San Luis Potosi and the Plomosas silver project in Sinaloa.
