Thornburg Income Builder Opportunities Trust is a Delaware statutory trust registered as a diversified closed-end management investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended. Under normal market conditions, the Trust will seek to achieve its investment objectives by investing, directly or indirectly, at least 80% of its assets under management in a broad range of income-producing securities. The Trust will invest in equity and debt securities of companies located in the United States and globally.
