Springview Holdings Ltd was registered as an exempted company with limited liability under the laws of the Cayman Islands on September 27, 2023. The Company designs and constructs residential and commercial buildings in Singapore through its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Springview Enterprises Pte. Ltd. (" Springview Singapore "). Their projects cover four main types of work: (i) new construction, (ii) redevelopment, (iii) expansion and alteration (A & A) and (iv) other general contracting services. For new construction, existing houses will be demolished and new ones rebuilt. Their reconstruction work included replacing large parts of the house. For A & A work, they focus on making minor modifications to existing structures within existing building requirements. They also provide clients with other general contracting services such as refurbishment and design consulting. Through conversations with clients to understand their vision and budget constraints, they help clients develop actionable design concepts.
