Shenandoah Telecommunications Company is a diversified telecommunications company that provides both regulated and unregulated telecommunications services through its wholly-owned subsidiaries. Affiliates provide wireless personal communication and local switched telephone services, as well as cable TV, video, Internet and data services, long distance, sales of telecommunications equipment, fiber optic equipment, and tower equipment leasing. The Company has three reporting divisions. The Company operates and manages strategic business divisions organized by business lines: (1) Wireless, (2) Wired, and (3) Cable. The fourth division, others, mainly includes Shenandoah Telecom, the parent holding company, and certain general and administrative expenses that cannot be allocated to the discontinued business of the converged business.
