Stardust Power Inc., a newly formed company founded in Delaware on November 3, 2020, is developing a lithium refinery in Muskogee, Oklahoma, with an annual capacity of 50,000 tons of battery-grade lithium carbonate once fully operational. The design and manufacture of Stardust Power's battery-grade lithium refinery will promote low-carbon energy independence in the United States. The company seeks to become a sustainable and cost-effective BGLC supplier, mainly for the electric vehicle market, by developing its innovative large-scale central refinery, optimized for a variety of inputs for different types of lithium brine, including concentrated lithium brine, lithium chloride or technology and coarse-grade lithium feedstock.
