IntroductionNuveen Nasdaq 100 Dynamic Overwrite Fund was established as a Massachusetts Business Trust on May 20, 2014. This statement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its assets in a portfolio of stocks comprised of the Nasdaq 100 Index (or securities with economic characteristics similar to those of the Nasdaq 100 Index securities), seeking to substantially replicate the price movements of the Nasdaq 100 Index and aiming to support the Fund's options strategy.
