Pulse Biosciences, Inc. was originally incorporated in Nevada on May 19, 2014. Effective June 18, 2018, the Company was re-registered as a Delaware corporation. The Company is a novel ablation company dedicated to healthy innovations using its patented Nano-Pulse Stimulation (" NPS ") technology, a revolutionary energy mode that delivers electrical pulses of nanosecond duration, each of which is less than one millionth of a second in length, to remove or kill target cells in a non-thermal manner. NPS technology, also known as nanosecond pulse field ablation (" nsPFA ") technology, when used to ablate cellular tissue, can be used to treat a variety of diseases for which no optimal solution has been found.
